OSC Project roundup:

NONRTRIC (John Keeney)

• No significant update - most of the team were on a training course & public holidays. 
• Working on script for nonrtric consumer/producer for O-RU/O-DU Helloworld use case.
  • Will work with Martin Skorupski offline to identify correct DMaaP topic to receive event and correct O-DU RESTCONF call to invoke.
• Preparing JIRA tickets, wiki pages etc for A1-Policy Functions updates in ONAP Istanbul
  • REQ-722 A1 Policy Functions - Istanbul
  • A1 Policy Function Extensions 
  • A1 Policy Function Extensions (ORAN/ONAP/3GPP Harmonization) 

SIM (Alex Stancu)

• Working on simulator functions for O-RU/O-DU Helloworld use case
• WG4 defines some access control primitives - Will be mapped to NETCONF access control functions

OAM (Martin Skorupski)

• Proposed a Naming convention for nodes in demos/test etc: O-RAN Component Names#NamingConvention

  • Needs work to align with Kubernetes. Currenlty docker focus
  • Has a simple Geographical Topology service in/from SDNR.
